How long does delivery take and what are the charges?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, and we offer free UK shipping on orders over £50. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

What is your return process for jewellery?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund in accordance with our return policy. Please note that return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

What should I do if my jewellery arrives damaged or is incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item. We'll review your request as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate at no additional cost.

Do you ship your jewellery internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. We're working on expanding our delivery options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
